Event organized in collaboration with the Meuse Association of Truffle Farmers and Promoters in Lorraine (Association Meusienne des Planteurs et Promoteurs de la Truffe en Lorraine, AMPPTL).
The programme
At this not-to-be-missed event, enjoy gourmet products made with truffles, as well as local products from Lorraine and Alsace (wines, Champagne, saffron, cheeses, snails, jams, etc.).
Between two tastings, get some tips for planting a truffle patch and attend a free conference to learn how to cook this luxurious mushroom.
