The 25th Summer Mousson Festival

Summer Mousson (Mousson d’été) was founded in 1995 by Michel Didym, its artistic director. Today, it's one of Europe's major events for discovering, learning and promoting new theatre writing.

For seven days, Prémontrés Abbey opens its doors to this summer school of contemporary theatre, with playwrights, stage directors, academics and actors giving the public the opportunity to listen to the theatre of today.

Summer Mousson is organised around encounters: readings and stagings of unpublished texts or texts recently translated into French, as well as discussions and performances.
